Joseph C. Korsak

Joseph C. Korsak is an accomplished attorney with 49 years of experience in General and Labor/Employment Law, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts, the Federal Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Federal Western District of Pennsylvania, the Federal Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the 3rd Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. His current areas of emphasis include Litigation, Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial Law, Estate Administration, Labor/Employment Law, Municipal Law, and Securities Arbitration.

Joseph's legal journey began with his graduation from Penn State University in 1971. He then started his career as a broker trainee at Marsh & McLennan in New York City from 1971 to 1972. He pursued his passion for law at the University of Toledo in Ohio, earning his law degree in 1975. He served as Solicitor for York County Children and Youth from 1976 to 1982 and for the York County Clerk of Courts from 1976 until his retirement in 2004. Additionally, he provided legal counsel to the York County Transportation Authority during the same period.

From 1996 to 2010, Joseph was the Solicitor for the Block Grant and Home Loan Program for the York County Planning Commission. He continues to contribute to public service, serving as a board member of the State College Human Relations Commission since 2022. At the Law Office of Joseph C.
